Gallo Wines Administration Building
Modesto California
140,000sf new build administration building for Gallo Wines on their main production campus. Building pulls together disparate business units under one roof and co-located with their creative teams.
The building is notable for its clean, contemporary design along with having been designed under a fully immersive Integrated Design Process (and Team) to the highest levels of High Performance Design. In particular the design accommodates a fully Net Zero Energy strategy achieving an EUI of 19 with 85% glass facades in the hostile heat of Modesto, CA.
Lead the Integrated Design Team in the development of the building envelope. Most notably towards an integrated design strategy that drove towards Net Zero.
