1,960,000sf full build out. Flad was local architect of record to international design architect, Legoretta + Legoretta. Project scope included Global Headquarters for a rapidly growing technology company, Salesforce. Project consisted of eight buildings to be built in 2 phases. These included 3 towers with a maximum height of 10 stories, workplace, retail, childcare and parking. The campus buildings were knitted together by a significant public urban park designed by Tom Leader Studio.
Lead the development of the Integrated Design of the facades for all the 4 buildings in Phase 1, coordinating the L+L design intent with the façade team, Buro Happold Facades, Atelier 10 environmental and Buro Happold M&E.
